The Brief
BIOSS wanted to create a series of videos that dealt with corporate management training at a very high level. It was to cover the practice and daily function of high level management and include a series of management 'scenarios' that concentrated on the dos and don'ts of good management.

The Solution
Part one of the video series concentrated on a selection of interviews with Telstra Mobile's direct reports managers giving their philosophies, goals and objectives for Telstra as a business, with specific reference to staff management. As an example of what not to do, we created a character who owned a small business.
