The Brief
Telstra Mobile's yearly communique to staff in five cities is the
key opportunity to impart the messages and visions for the future
by the Group Managing Director, to offer an insight into the strategic
direction, set up any framework for change, identify contributions
and achievements and motivate staff.
Creative Execution
Two characters were introduced - an employee from Telstra and a
woman who ran a coffee shop frequented by Telstra staff. Short skits
were used to segue between the business presentations and video
elements. With scripts containing specific anecdotal material for
each State, there was an immediate rapport with the audience who
are often cynical about Company messages when presented in a more
traditional manner.
