Taking place over a four - day period, delegates had a varied program of conferencing sessions and entertaining social activities on Hamilton Island. Kept on our toes throughout the event after the Island experienced a complete blackout ten minutes into the commencement of the conference, TBEM produced all aspects of the conference including the Gala Dinner on the final evening.

This final dinner event took the guests to another galaxy – a complete transformation of the main room in only five hours. Stunningly themed with fabrics, lighting effects, intergalactic moving centerpiece and tall, triangular objects with lighting, the room looked amazing.
