This dynamic, growing Company was to hold its inaugural staff conference to ensure everyone was aligned with the direction and values required to continue its forge ahead. It was imperative that a highly stimulating and entertaining programme was developed, as the majority of the delegates were very young and innovative themselves.

This three day event was held in the Hunter Valley, and as the messages were also a call to action, TBEM believed the theme ‘Message in a Bottle” successfully encompassed all aspects of the conference delivery – including of course the location.
